These programs are easy-to-use software applications which can calculate all of the formulas, for the analysis of US bonds, notes, discount securities, and mortgage-backed securities defined in the Securities Industry Association books, Standard Securities Calculation Methods, authored by TIPS’ president Jan Mayle and The Bond Market Association books, Standard Formulas for the Analysis of Mortgage-Backed and related Securities and Government Securities Manual.

If you trade bonds or MBS you can use the Calculator as a sophisticated fixed income analytics tool, or if you are a programmer you can use the Calculator to check your company’s implementation of the standard formulas or Year 2000 compliance. All you need to get started is a Windows compatible computer.
