This special Year 2000 release of the regular SIA/PSA SSC calculator, that already enables users to perform "industry standard" fixed income calculations for securities from the G7 countries with settlement dates in the current year, has a new very important addition. Users can now check their fixed income calculations for settlement in the years 1999, 2000, and 2001.

The calculator is currently available for free at TIPS web site, or at Booth 143 during the SIA Year 2000 Conference and Exhibit. The calculator was originally developed to demonstrate the power and versatility of the SIA/PSA Standard Securities Calculation Software Library, and it is a very useful tool in all parts of a firm; from trading desks and portfolio management to back office operations and settlement.
