Calculates a taxable equivalent yield for a US municipal bond by reducing each cash flow according to the appropriate tax rate, and then recalculating the yield from the adjusted cash flows.
Results:
All results are accurate to as many places as supported by a double precision value.
Error Conditions:
Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero status. See Errors.
