Tax rate

Description: The tax rate to be used for after and before tax calculations when there are not separate income tax and capital gains tax rates.

Valid values: 
  Zero (0) or greater.  If it is less than 1 it is considered a decimal
  rate.  If it is greater than or equal to 1 it is considered a percent.
