Indicates if an extra 21 days of ex-dividend period is used

Description: Indicates whether an additional 21 days of ex-dividend period should be considered when calculating the ex-div date on UK Gilts

Valid values: 
  0 = calculate normal ex-dividend date
  1 = include special ex-dividend period
