Calculates the price/yield and accreted dividend for preferred securities

This routine calculates the price/current yield and accreted dividend for a preferred security. It also calculates the strip price, strip yield, and the annual dividend.
Results:
The calculated results are returned accurate to as many places as supported by a double precision value.
Error Conditions:
Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero status. See Errors.
