Maximum percent a payment can increase at each payment reset

Description: The maximum percent the current payment can increase at each payment reset for an ARM. The number is stated as a percent (that is, 10% = 10.0 and means a current payment of $100.00 can only increase to $110.00 at the next payment reset and to $121.00 at the subsequent payment reset, and so on)

Valid values: 
  Any number greater than zero
