Validate the adjust for bad date method flag

Component: Generic
Purpose: Tests the given adjust for bad date method flag for a valid value. Valid values are:

 0 = don't adjust any dates
 1 = adjust all cash flow dates (coupons and maturity)
 2 = adjust only the maturity date

Results: The value of the function is true (1) if the adjust for bad date method flag is valid. The value of the function is false (0) if the adjust for bad date method flag is invalid. The variable status will contain the error code.

Error Conditions: The variable status contains a non zero value upon returning from the function when the input contains an error.

 5350 = Illegal value for adjust for bad date flag
