ofsl_pcd (routine)

Calculates the previous actual coupon date for an odd 1st, 2nd, last period bond

Purpose: Given the description for a periodic payment security with an optional odd 1st, second, and/or last period this routine calculates the previous coupon date.

Results: The coupon date will be returned in the variables pcd_month, pcd_day, and pcd_year.

Error Conditions: Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero status. See Errors.
