Number of elements in sinking fund arrays

Description:
The maximum number of entries contained in the sinking fund arrays (sink_months, sink_days, sink_years, sink_rvs, sink_amts). In some functions this number will be returned, in others it is an input. If it is an input value it cannot be greater than the declared size of the arrays.
Valid values:
Any integer greater than zero
