Number of elements in cash flow arrays

Description:
The number of elements contained in the cash flow arrays (cfs, ifs, pfs). In some functions this number will be returned, in others it is an input. If it is an input value it cannot be greater than the declared size of the arrays.
Valid values:
Any integer greater than zero
