Next interest payment round flag

Description: A flag which indicates how to round or truncate the next interest payment.

Valid values: 
  0 = No rounding or truncating
  2 = Truncate (round down) to 2 places
  4 = Truncate (round down) to 4 places
  12 = Round to 2 places 14 = Round to 4 places
