net_cap_reset (variable)

Maximum net rate increase for each reset of an ARM

Declared as: double

Description: The maximum the net rate (underlying rate minus service fee) can increase at each rate reset of an ARM. The number is stated as a percent (that is, 2% = 2.0 and 12.525% is 12.525)

Valid values: 
  Any number greater than zero
