neg_amort_limit (variable)

Negative amortization limit

Declared as: double

Description: The negative amortization limit as a percent of the original outstanding balance for an ARM. One hundred and ten (110.0) would be 110% of the original balance. When the current balance exceeds this amount the payment is recast. See also use_caps_amort_limit which is used in conjunction with this variable

Valid values: 
  Any number greater than one hundred (100) or zero (0) if no limit
