Calculates monthly living pool factor using % experience for a mortgage backed security.
Results:
The array mlpf contains the monthly living pool factor values. The array chg_in_mlpf contains the change in monthly living pool factor values. All elements of the arrays are accurate to as many places as supported by a double precision value.
Error Conditions:
Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero status. See Errors.
