Calculates the monthly balances and payments for a graduated payment mortgage backed security.
Results:
The monthly balances and payments are returned in arrays of 600 elements each. Balances are returned in bals and payments are returned in pays. The results are accurate to as many places as supported by a double precision value.
Error Conditions:
Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero status. See Errors.
