Maximum number of entries in sinking fund arrays

Description:
The maximum number of entries that can be put in the sinking fund arrays (sink_months, sink_days, sink_years, sink_rvs, sink_amts). Effectively, this is how the calling routine declares the size of these arrays.
Valid values:
Any integer one or greater
