Description:
The maximum number of cash flows and corresponding dates that can be put in the sinking fund cash flow arrays (sink_cf_months, sink_cf_days, sink_cf_years, sink_cfs). Effectively, this is how the calling routine declares the size of these arrays.

Any integer one or greater
