is_dt_dn_365 (routine)

Determine if the day type denominator is 365

Introduced in release: 1.0
Component: Generic
Purpose: Uses given day_type to determine if the denominator (days in a year) is 365.

Results: The function is true (1) if the denominator is 365, false (0) if the denominator is not 365.

Error Conditions: Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero status. See Errors.
