Redenominates a European bond's interest and principal flows from national currency cash flows to Euro cash flows
Results:
The array ifs contains the redenominated interest flows, the array pfs contains the redenominated principal flows and the arrays cf_months, cf_days, cf_years retain the corresponding date.
Error Conditions:
Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero status. See Errors.
