Number of months between interest rate resets

Description:
The number of months between interest rate resets. For example:
1 = monthly
6 = semi-annually
12 = annually
Valid values:
Any integer greater than zero (0)
Special Notes:
Do not confuse this value with cpn_freq which is stated in periods per year while interest_reset is stated in months per period
