Increment a date by N periods (N may be positive or negative)
Introduced in release: 1.0 Component: Generic Purpose:
Takes three separate variables for month, day, and 4 digit year and increases or decreases the date by a given number of periods (increment).
Results:
The separate variables p_month, p_day, and p_year are increased or decreased by increment periods and returned as the same variables. The variable eom_adj specifies if the new date should be adjusted to the end of the month if the original date was at the end of the month.
