Array of fractions of periods from stl to furthest cash flow
Declared as: double[num_cfs]
Description:
Each array element contains the ratio: number of days from settlement date to the corresponding cash flow in the cfs array, divided by the number of days from settlement date to the furthest cash flow.
Valid values:
Any number zero or greater
