     illegal prepayment type indicator (1-5) 
     the prepayment type indicator can only be one of the following values: 
        1 = constant prepayment rate (CPR) 
        2 = single monthly mortality (SMM) 
        3 = Public Securities Association model (PSA) 
        4 = prepaid life 
        5 = experience table
