Adjust a date for the last day of the month situation
Introduced in release: 1.0 Component: Generic Purpose:
Takes two sets of month, day, year dates and adjusts the second date so that it is the last day of the month if the first date is the last date of the month. For example: first given date is 6, 30, 1988; second given date is 12, 30, 1988 the result fixed for end of month will be 12, 31, 1988. It will also fix up a second date that is past the end of the month. For example: second date is 6, 31, 1988 it will be changed to 6, 30, 1988.
Results:
The second set of date variables, fixd_month, fixd_day, and fixd_year , are adjusted to the end of month and returned in the same variables.
