Description:
The 4 digit year of a three variable set that makes up an ending date
Valid values:
Any 4 digit year (i.e., 1988) or 0 if optional
Special Notes:
For income earned routines this is the returned date on which income actually stops being earned. For AIMR routines, the end date defines the end of the reinvestment period.
