dt_2_MM (routine)

Separate the month from a date in the form YYMMDD or YYYYMMDD

Component: Generic
Purpose: Takes a 4-byte integer date in the form YYMMDD or YYYYMMDD and breaks out the month into a separate variable.

Results: The broken out month is returned as the value of the function.

Error Conditions: No error checking is done.
