Calculate the number of days since base date 0 to the given date using the Actual/Actual Calendar but ignoring leap days
Introduced in release: 1.0 Component: Generic Purpose:
Calculates the actual, not including leap days, number of days between a given date in the format month, day, year and the base date 00/00/0000. This calculation is done to enable comparison of 2 dates.
Error Conditions:
No inputs are checked in this routine. It is the responsibility of the calling routine to validate the given date. This can be accomplished by calling the routine ok_MDY.
