Calculates the number of days in an actual calendar year. The method of calculation is set by the variable yrbasis_type.
Alternatives:
This function uses security description dates to determine days in year. The function days_actf_yr uses previous and next coupon dates.
Error Conditions:
Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero status. See Errors.
