Canadian mortgage backed security - gross first monthly payment

Purpose: Calculates the gross first monthly payment for a Canadian fixed rate MBS.

Results: The function returns the monthly payment on a $100.00 mortgage accurate to as many places as supported by a double precision value.

Error Conditions: Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero status. See Errors.
