cmo_dts2time (routine)

Calculate the number of years between 2 dates

Component: US MBS
Purpose: Calculate the time in years from the settlement date to all of the cash flow dates.

Results: The results in years are returned in the array time_to_cfs.

Error Conditions: Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero status. See Errors.
