Array of cash flow months
Declared as: int[max_cfs]
Description:
The cash flow array containing the months on which cash flows occur. Used in conjunction with the day and year cash flow arrays
Valid values:
Each array element is any valid month corresponding to the equivalent
element of cf_days and cf_years
