capgrp_rates (variable)

An array of the portions of the coupon/interest rate which is

Declared as: double[num_capgrps]

Description: An array (corresponding to the capitalization grouping dates arrays) which contains the coupon/interest rate as a percent (that is, 5.5% = 5.5, and 9.867% = 9.867) which will be capitalized.

Valid values: 
  Any percent greater than or equal to zero (0) and less than or equal to
  the corresponding coupon rate.
