Calculates the value of partial payments for bonds with partial payments
Introduced in release: 1.0 Component: Non-US (developed mkts) Purpose:
Calculates the value of partial payments for a regular bond or odd first coupon bond that may have partial payments in the initial period.
Results:
The routine returns the value of the partial payments accurate to as many places as supported by a double precision value.
Error Conditions:
Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero status. See Errors.
