begin_or_end_flag (variable)

include or exclude end dates in AIMR rate calculations

Description: In AIMR calculations, determines whether to include beginning and ending dates.

Valid values:

  -1 = default to standard.
  0 = don't include the first date, but include the last date (default)
  1 = include both start and end dates
