The coupon or interest rate in the first period before a step

Declared as: double

Description: The coupon/interest rate in the first period, adjusted for odd period lengths, as a percent (that is, 5.5% = 5.5, and 9.867% = 9.867) -before a step on a stepped bond.

Valid values:

  Any percent greater than or equal to zero (0)
