approx_yield (routine)

Calculate the next yield approximation. Use when there is no direct method of calculating yield

Component: Generic
Purpose: Calculates the next yield approximation using an iterative method.

Results: The returned result is the next approximation for yield accurate to as many places as supported by a double precision value.

Error Conditions: The only error possible is a divide by zero error. In this case TIPS, Inc. should be called immediately at (908) 522-8958.
