Coupon rate in odd last period after a step

Declared as: double

Description: The adjusted coupon rate for the odd last coupon period (after a step on a stepped coupon bond) as a percent (that is, 5.5% = 5.5, and 9.867% = 9.867).

Valid values: 
  Any number zero or greater
