Array (list) of single monthly mortality prepayment rates

Declared as: double[num_prepay_rates]

Description: An array (list) of single monthly mortality prepayment rates (SMM) for a mortgage backed security or ARM

Valid values: 
  Each element can contain a  number greater than or equal to zero and
  less
  than or equal to 100

Special Notes: * Do NOT confuse this array with the variable SMM.
