MDY_2_julian (routine)

Convert month, day, and year into a julian date

Component: Generic
Purpose: Convert the separate variables for month, day, and 4 digit year into a julian date.

Notes: This is the inverse function to julian_2_MDY.

Results: The julian date is returned as a 4-byte integer.

Error Conditions: No error checking is done.
