Calculates the future value of one present value amount

Purpose:
This routine calculates the future value of a single present value amount.
Notes:
This routine only works for an integer number of periods. See the routine
FV_of_PV
to calculate for fractional periods.
The interest rate is specified as an annual rate and is internally converted to a per period rate.
Results:
The calculated future value is returned accurate to as many places as supported by a double precision value.
Error Conditions:
Returned values should be ignored for a non-zero
status
